The majority of this information is obtained through public records requests, and accessing publicly available information from government entities, industry organizations, social media websites and other sources. We also partner with data providers to fill in gaps that can include basic contact information such as name, address, email address and phone numbers. We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site. We also collect public records and other data on a regular and recurring basis. We do not track your behavior or build any profiles associated with your activity on our website.

has come from public records and is basic contact information such as name, address and email along with professional licensing information that any other party could obtain directly from government sources. Other information we may have would relate to your specialty (as a health care provider), professional work experience and work history. If you are not a recently practicing healthcare practitioner it is highly unlikely we have any of your personal information.
