The vast majority of the information we have has come from public records and is basic contact information such as name, address and email along with professional licensing information that any other party could obtain directly from government sources. Other information we may have would relate to your specialty (as a health care provider), professional work experience and work history. If you are not a recently practicing healthcare practitioner it is highly unlikely we have any of your personal information.
